Writing Rules

POINTS TO BE CONSIDERED IN THE EXECUTIVE SUMMARY AND SUBMISSION RULES

Abstracts should be submitted online or in English via the online submission system. E-mails and non-Turkish abstracts will be accepted regardless of the system. The abstracts sent over the Internet should be printed in the same way if they are accepted.

WRITING RULES

  • Academic titles should not be used in author names.
  • Summary; The purpose, method, findings, results and keywords should be written using headings.
  • The abstract should not exceed 300 words, excluding title, author’s name and surname.
  • Names should only be written in lower case, without capitalizing the first letter.
  • The names and addresses of the authors should be stated.
  • Only the first letter of the abstract title should be capitalized. (Abbreviations are the exception.)
  • If the abbreviation is used in the abstract, the abbreviation’s explicit name must be specified in parentheses.
  • The purpose of the study and the methods used should be briefly summarized, the findings should be summarized with sufficient numerical details and the results should be explained within the framework of the findings presented.

 

CAUTIONS

  • If you are going to use the online submission module for the first time, register with the “New User”
  • Please keep the confirmation messages that will be sent to your e-mail address after you send your summary.
  • You can follow the evaluation process with your e-mail and password on the system.

 

PRESENTATION INFORMATION

According to the results of the evaluation, summary abstracts accepted as poster will be requested from E-Poster in the relevant period. Detailed information about E-Poster loading and other details will be provided. The posters will be displayed as an E-Poster in the place determined by the organizing committee during the congress.
